Course Description:
This training event is for CURRENT DEV TEAM MEMBERS ONLY.
The Dev Team process is designed to select a group of instructors capable of completing is a long-term, in-depth process that trains future DECL staff.
The promotion event will be scored by peers and the Alpine DECL managers. It will assess the candidates technical, teaching and people skills. Each candidate will lead an on-snow clinic that must feature accurate and relevant information, including skiing demonstrations, technical focus and feedback

All PSIA-AASI members must follow the PSIA-AASI code of conduct.
All members participating in an Intermountain clinic or assessment must wear a helmet when sliding on snow using lift-accessed terrain.
