Course Description:

Prerequisite: Fundamentals clinic or the previous Mountain Bike skills clinic.

*If you have previous mountain bike clinic/education experience, please reach out to member services.

An introduction to Intermediate Skills. This Clinic builds on fundamentals and focuses on riding smoother, and more confidently on intermediate trails. We will review your core fundamental skills and introduce you to skills like a front and rear wheel lift, pedal wheelies, moderate step downs and specific cornering tactics that you can use to all summer long.

Learning Outcomes: riders should feel more confident on small technical features, smoother through corners, and better able to maintain flow and speed with less effort.

All PSIA-AASI members must follow the PSIA-AASI code of conduct.

All members participating in an Intermountain clinic or assessment must wear a helmet when sliding on snow using lift-accessed terrain.
