Location: Jackson Hole Mountain Resort (Peak Performance)
IMPORTANT: You will need to pick up your J card prior to boarding the gondola in Cafe 6311 in the Bridger Center. Please note that you will not be able to store gear in the Solitude Building and will need to leave it at the base or in your car prior to going up the lift.

Course Description:

This 2-day Cross Country Spring Camp will utilize metal-edged classic ski equipment to explore ungroomed snow skiing - Adventure Cross Country - in Peak Performance's permit area in and around the Blackrock Ranger District of the Bridger-Teton National Forest. Tours will provide learning opportunities for tour planning and forecasting, navigation and routefinding, group management and safety skills, and uphill and downhill techniques. Lodging at nearby Hatchet Resort is recommended, with shared meals organized separate from the camp registration. Classic ski equipment rental is available.

All PSIA-AASI members must follow the PSIA-AASI code of conduct.

All members participating in an Intermountain clinic or assessment must wear a helmet when sliding on snow using lift-accessed terrain.
